MAC Knives are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for 25 years from the original date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear due to use. The warranty is void if the knife is abused or used in a manner inconsistent with the intended purpose.
- Do not pry, bend, or torque the blade.
- Do not cut bones, frozen food, or other hard items (cleavers excluded).
- Do not cut hard squash.
- Do not clean in dishwasher or soak in chlorine bleach.
- Do not clean with antibacterial soaps which may contain salts that are highly corrosive.
Knives must be returned directly to MAC Knives, Inc. for inspection. MAC Knives, Inc. must be notified and knives must be returned new. Do not return to the dealer from which they were purchased. Send the Knife, proof of purchase, and a short note of explanation, postage prepaid to: MAC Knife, Inc., 9624 Kiefer Blvd. #1, Sacramento , CA 95827-3822. Make sure to include your full name, address, phone number, and $6.00 for return shipping and handling. Replacement, repair, or adjustment will be at their option. Please allow 4-6 weeks.
